Requirements for inclusion in the Dean’s List

To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a student is required to, 

I. Accumulate a minimum of 30 credits in the relevant year of study/University level, 

II. Obtain grades of C or better for all the course units registered in the relevant year of study/University level, 

iii. Obtain a level GPA of 3.70 or better in the relevant year of study/University level, 

IV. Obtain grades of A or better in course units aggregating to at least half the number of total credits for the course units considered under (ii) 

V. A student who has been subjected to any disciplinary action during his/her university career will not be eligible for the Dean’s list. 

Dean’s list will be published in the Faculty Website along with the criteria used with the approval of the Faculty Board of Humanities. Placement on a Dean’s list will be noted in the student’s final results sheet and Academic transcript. A certificate of recognition will also be issued by the Dean of the Faculty. Faculty Board of  Humanities reserves the right to review the criteria at any time.
